Meet Your Therapist

Hello! I am Emmie Barbie,

Welcome to Spill The Tea Therapy I am so glad that you are here and look forward to meeting you if you are new to my service. I provide compassionate counselling and evidence based treatment empowering young adults suffering with anxiety, trauma and eating disorders to reclaim control over their lives fostering hope, happiness and holistic wellbeing.

Throughout my academic journey I have worked with various charities helping individuals overcome drug addiction, suicidality, crisis and mental health challenges. My approach to therapy is collaborative and eclectic in style catering to your unique individual needs knowing that you are the expert in your own life, knowing yourself best.

I believe in the greatness of my clients and have an inherent drive to reach in and help turn on their shining brilliance. I am a non traditional therapist with a performing arts background who likes to dopamine dress and follow her joy with childlike wonder.

I would love to hear from you, and support you throughout your wellbeing journey. Put on the kettle, give me a call, and let’s take life one sip at a time for

“where there is tea there is hope”.
